Helen is the hottest and sexiest item actress ever in Hindi cinema .She is much popular as item song dancer and did so many item songs in Hindi films. Helen was born  as Helen Jairag Richardson in 21^st October 1939 she started her film career as solo dancer in late 50s decade Hindi cinema and most of her songs become super hits due to her glamour’s dancing. She really got amazing dancing skills and become great icon on late 60s and 70s decade of Hindi cinema. Apart from dancing she is also much famous as hot & glamour actress because most of her scenes are based on glamour. She also did some minor and supportive roles in films which she acted and most of her performances are focused to improve the glamour in the screen.

She nominated several times fo Filmfare Best supporting actress award an son the award in 1979by acting “Lahu Ke Do Rang” film.
